a 39-year-old father of two kids who is facing an immense battle. On March 7th 2024, in Mandalay he suffered a hemorrhage brain stroke that has left him with surgery and is in critical condition. He is currently in ICU, relying on an oxygen and antibiotic injections and his medical needs are extensive. • Hnin is running a small ice cream shop and is leading a decent life with two school going kids of 4 years and 10 years, homemaker wife and parents. • Tragically, his life took an unexpected turn on 7th March 2024 when he experienced severe symptoms of headaches, vomiting, seizures, fever and became unresponsive. He was rushed to the Emergency and taken to an operation theater. A experienced neurosurgeon performed surgery to remove the clots in brain. • After the surgery he got affected with MENINGITIS Infection at his brain. From then he is in ICU at Grand Mandalay Hospital being treated with high dose antibiotics and day to day medical expenses are increasing. He does not have health insurance coverage, leaving family with mounting medical bills. • Doctors said the fluctuations in fever, BP, oxygen saturation level, heart beat, Sodium, protein levels making him the treatment running in a slow process and has to stay more weeks in ICU to get him stable. Hnin’s family is from a middle-class background in Mandalay and going through a really hard time. We are already struggling with paying for Hnin’s medical treatment at the ICU. This has put under a lot of financial stress at a time to deal with the sadness of being in this situation. In this moment of sorrow, I reach out to ask for your support.
